SURFACE PREPARATION

You can choose a great color and work with high quality products but unless the underlying surface is carefully prepared, the resulting finish will not last.

• Nearby plants and trees are covered for protection

• Exterior surfaces are power washed to remove loose paint or debris

• Any mold or mildew is removed

• Cracks or damage is repair

• Door and windows sealed for leaks (if applicable)
